Grandma Miller Pie Pick-Up Is This Saturday, November 18th

Just a reminder that Grandma Miller pies and baked goods will be delivered to Wilton High School this Saturday, November 18th. We anticipate that orders will be ready for pick-up between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon in the Zellner Gallery at the Clune Center, but please check the Music Boosters website (www.whsmusicfans.wordpress.com) on Saturday morning for any updates or changes.

Student sellers should plan to pick up ALL of their buyer’s orders between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon at the Zellner Gallery on Saturday, November 18th. Please make arrangements with each of your buyers to deliver all of their pies and baked goods to them. Remember that all of the pies and baked goods are delivered frozen and must remain frozen, so please plan accordingly!

Order Deadline Has Been Extended to Friday, October 27, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.

WHS Music Boosters is conducting its annual “Grandma Miller Pie Sale” fundraiser to help defray the cost of the Spring 2018 Music Adjudication Trip for high school band, chorus, and orchestra students. A variety of homemade pies, breads, and cakes are available for purchase. Completed order forms, along with payment, may be dropped off with Kim at the front desk of Wilton High School or mailed to Dana Lupton, 230 New Canaan Road, Wilton, CT 06897. All orders are due by Friday, October 27th at 3:00 p.m. Breads and cakes are delivered baked and frozen, pies are delivered frozen and unbaked, to Wilton High School on Saturday, November 18th (time TBA), just in time for Thanksgiving! Announcing: 2018 Adjudication Trip to Baltimore, Maryland

Information about the Music Adjudication Trip to Baltimore, MD on April 27 – 28, 2018 has been posted on the Music Boosters website at https://whsmusicfans.wordpress.com. You will find all information and registration details under Music Adjudication Trip on the menu bar.  This information will also be emailed by the music directors to music families today.

Additionally, there is information about fundraising opportunities to help offset the cost of each student’s trip. Please check Fundraising on the menu bar for details.

Recycled Concert Attire

ATTENTION: Freshmen and New Music Students

There are a limited number of used concert dresses and tuxedos available through the Music Boosters Recycled Concert Attire Program. This formalwear has been donated by students who have graduated or no longer participate in the music program and is in good condition.

The recycled concert attire closet, located across the hall from the Choir Room, will be open this Saturday, September 9th from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Monday, September 11th from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, Wednesday, September 13th from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, and Friday, September 15th from 7:15 – 8:15 am.  Students may stop by during these times to try things on and take what they need free of charge, however, parents will need to pay for any necessary alterations.
